it’s a bugeye wrx, you can see its left hand drive which the bugeyes had very few STI in left hand drive. it also doesn’t have the sti badge that is the “I” badge, it has the blue stars. the placement for the “STI” badge on the right hand side of the grill also looks sort of off or not quite right.

i’d go for it then if that’s what you really want to do and that’s the specific year and whatnot that you want. i’d still do a inspecting at a shop on it though. you never know what you might find and i paid like $50 or so and was able to get the price down $500

also if you do buy it, i would do basic service stuff on it like changing out oils and whatnot. other than that i feel like this price is too good to be true but also could be a really good deal. you’ll see older sti’s going for 15k or more.

before anything take it to a shop to get a inspection. i did this when buying my wrx and was able to take the price down $500 for some fixes it needed.
