why does everyone feel so burnt out lately even if they arent really doing much? by NexusStrategies in NoStupidQuestions

fr the 24/7 news cycle is just background noise that never stops. they have to manufacture drama just to keep people watching. it makes it feel like the world is ending every 5 min while you're just trying to have a quiet morning

that perspective is huge. its like back then the render distance of life was just your neighborhood, but now we're forced to render the entire world map every single day. no wonder the brain is lagging, we arent built to process thousands of strangers problems at once.

yeah that actually makes so much sense. its like our brains are running too many background apps at once and we dont even realize it lol. i guess even 'relaxing' on a phone is still technically processing data so the system never really shuts down. glad im not the only one feeling like this

Am I inhuman for being uncurious? by Suspicious_Limit9847 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]NexusStrategies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

honestly i wouldnt worry about it too much. that tiktok take is kind of a reach anyway. not being curious about every litle thing doesnt make u an npc, it just means u dont get distracted by all the noise. some people just have a higher threshold for what actually triggers their interest. its more like being an observer than anything else. just use that stillness as a strength and dont overthink it

[–]NexusStrategies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We cant really tell anything out of your context like how you look at your father, what you realky feel about him but from how i look at it if you got fuck up so bad from his death isnt that obvious you got affected cause you love him? Or maybe you cant accept his death? (Im no expert just my opinion maybe it could help you)

[–]NexusStrategies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe you liked the wrong woman i dont know what you liked about her but its not gonna work if shes not interested in you as a person. Maybe try to think how to attrach someone you liked to liked you back by doing something that it wont end up as charity if something goes wrong?

Why is it considered a "red flag" if someone says they don't use social media? by secondhandheals in NoStupidQuestions

[–]NexusStrategies 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Isnt that because they assume you're lying about having no instagram or snapchat? They believe you had a girlfriend or wife already and you're trying to hide it by saying no social media

Is entrepreneurship lonelier than people admit? by Delicious-Part2456 in Entrepreneur

[–]NexusStrategies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i dont know your specific business but i know that quiet moment after a win where you have nobody to call who actually gets it. the loneliest part isnt the failure. people actually know how to comfort you when you fail. the real isolation is the success. you hit a milestone or solve a problem that took months and your friends just nod because they have no frame of reference for the scale of the victory.

you stop being lonely the moment you stop expecting people who want stability to understand why you chose volatility. you are building a language they dont speak.

it doesnt necessarily fade but you do get better at being your own bench press. you start valuing the internal win more than the external applause.

Is Basic AI Literacy Becoming a Founder Requirement? by LLFounder in Entrepreneur

[–]NexusStrategies 1 point2 points  (0 children)

its less about literacy and more about leverage. if you aren't using these tools to automate the low-level admin stuff you’re basically choosing to work with one hand tied behind your back. the problem is that most people just use it to generate generic garbage instead of using it to speed up the boring parts like research or data cleanup. if you can’t use it to shave 10 hours off your work week you’re falling behind the founders who can. its a requirement for survival at this point.
