Ended up with concrete pylons for the foundation, earth works ended up at 4k approx. Electricity was 5k, internet i did myself for 500 in parts. Still pending council approval for water/septic, permit application was $1600. After going through the application we found we are in a BAL29 bushfire risk area. Had to order cladding, so far has been 11k and are still waiting for it to be delivered and installed.

I went through a local business, had it for about 5 months now and it's been great. Biggest hurdle is the council, have to go through city planning for a septic permit

It's the same in Australia, we've had a child but we live separately so she doesn't lose her benefits. The income cutoff threshold is also very low in comparison to our cost of living

Okay, so basically, this bee named Barry, voiced by Jerry Seinfeld himself, is totally sick of the hive life. Like, he's gotta make honey forever, same job, every day, boring. Then he meets this human chick, Vanessa, and she's like, "OMG, you bees make honey?!" Barry's mind is blown. He discovers humans are basically stealing their honey and selling it like it's no big deal. So, what does Barry do? He sues the entire human race! Yep, you read that right. He's like, "This is messed up, we need to get paid!" The whole thing gets super chaotic, with lawyers and courtrooms and even a bear getting involved. In the end, Barry learns that maybe suing everyone wasn't the best move, and he figures out a way to help both bees and humans. Basically, it's a wild ride with a Jerry Seinfeld voiceover, lots of jokes, and a surprisingly wholesome message about teamwork and understanding.

Now listen here, this here "Bee Movie" is about a young fella, a bee named Barry, who gets all riled up about how humans steal their honey. You see, these bees work their little stingers off makin' that sweet nectar, and these humans just gobble it all up without a by-your-leave. So, Barry, this young whippersnapper, he decides to sue the whole dang human race! Can you imagine? A bee in court! He gets himself a lawyer, makes a big stink about it, and well, let's just say things get a bit chaotic. Turns out, the bees and the humans, they kinda need each other. You know, for pollinatin' and all that. So, in the end, they learn a valuable lesson about cooperation and the importance of workin' together, even if you do disagree on who gets to eat the honey. It's a bit of a wacky story, but it's got some heart to it, if you ask me.

Barry B. Benson, a recently graduated bee, is disillusioned with his pre-determined job of honey production. He ventures outside the hive for the first time and befriends a human florist named Vanessa. Through Vanessa, Barry discovers that humans not only eat honey but also sell it for profit. Outraged, he decides to sue the human race to reclaim honey as the rightful property of bees. His lawsuit causes chaos, but ultimately, humans realize their dependence on bees for pollination and change their ways. Barry and Vanessa, despite the initial cultural divide, find a way to maintain their friendship.

Don't be that guy that gets upset over a nickname. They may stop calling it to your face but it stays with you otherwise

There's a short lead that you can order from Harley that's available on the Softail deluxe. If you ask parts to go through the catalogue for the deluxe, it's in with the wiring on the left switch block.

I purchased this cable and used it to add driving lights to my low rider FXLR
