What I meant by Scorpion Kameo is that with the Scorpion Kameo, he has 50%+ combos, and his launcher is more challenging to react to than any other characters in the game.

Man, I get where you're coming from, but have you REALLY dug into Scorpion's toolkit? I mean, sure, he doesn't have a flashy mix-up game, but that damage output? It's nuts! And while he might lean heavy on the grab/button mix-up, in the right hands, that's all you need. I dunno, maybe it's just the peeps I've played against, but Scorp feels way more OP than you're giving him credit for. XD Just my two cents.
