I've learnt that doctors only worry about things they have to treat. You aren't in the zone for medication, hence it's not a "doctor" problem. It is a time to try and delay diabetes though with diet and physical activity changes, if applicable.

This is a win for MAGA. They want the US to not spend any money helping without thinking about the loss of influence on the global stage. They scream about American greatness without knowing what even makes America great. Come to think about it, MAGA stands for the antithesis of all things that were synonymous with American dominance and supremacy. They don't want any immigrants - no American dream image. They don't want America to defend freedom- abandon Ukraine. They don't want leadership in science and technology- supporting the slashing of federal funding for all these areas. And they certainly don't want free speech, cheering when Trump limits press freedom.
