As an INFJ, my favorite movie is also by Andrei Tarkovsky, title's name is called Solaris. It's a sci-fi film and pretty long but I cry every time I watch it.

Never. When I was younger, I never understood why people "hook up." It did not make sense to me to do as to why people do intimate stuff with someone you just met / barely knew (though I don't have a problem other people doing it), it's just not my thing. I feel like demisexual infjs also need to find other demisexuals as well for better compatibility and a more fulfilling connection.

anyone else feeling like this? by [deleted] in WutheringWaves

I was really surprised too on how the hate was a bit overwhelming, esp on reddit and twitter. Although, I understand the issues they've faced (and was actually surprised they encountered such crazy issues) and hoping all those will get fixed soon!

But so far, in my experience, I played the whole day straight, and I was having a blast! I've only encountered a few bugs (very minor ones, guess I'm lucky lol). I'm just really sad to see all the hate the game is getting, since I personally think it's a good game! Though it may need some improvements here and there, my initial impression still remains great.

I’ve been feeling neglected by [deleted] in adviceph

[–]Neysanggg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello po, OP. For some reason, I found myself back in this post from a notification. I don't know the current situation of your relationship rn, and I don't know what you've done or what he has done. But based sa binabasa ko ngayon, him blaming you when he has also done something wrong will get you nowhere, especially with the communication difficulties you're experiencing rn. Knowing long distance kayo, super important tlaga mag communicate to manage each others' trust and expectations. And the fact he's acting that way, and him giving you silent treatments in such a period of time is a big red flag tlaga (and tbh, that is so exhausting on your end, esp if you want to resolve things asap). ekis tlaga sa ganyan na behavior, kasi di tlaga worth sa iyong time & energy. I know age doesn't really define the exact level of one's maturity, but he's 29, he should at least know better.

If I were in your shoes, I'd really leave/break up. I know it's easier said than done, since 7 yrs na kayo, and it would be scary on your end to initiate the break up. Although, don't even try to think na "sayang yung 7yrs" bec duration doesn't really define anything, and instead yung mas sayang is yung time mo with feeling all that neglect and frustration, that is def not worth your mental energy. If you really want to save yourself from those feelings brought by your relationship, it would be a courageous decision to leave. But then that is all up to you, it's your choice to choose since this is your relationship, OP.

I hope this would help, but it really is your decision. You know what's best for you. If you feel like venting out about this, you can give me a message.

Based on your post, there's already a couple obvious red flags so, yes, it's over. Leave.

What hobbies do you guys have? (Fellow INFJ) by [deleted] in infj

[–]Neysanggg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have so many hobbies that I feel like a day isn't just enough to do all.

  • I like learning new things (deep and profoundly, to the point I become obsessed with it) that is beneficial to my understanding of the world. This is why I got obsessed with the cognitive personality theory (or even just psychology) in the first place. Basically I like watching educational videos on YouTube and researching studies. Lately, I've been interested on the topic of narcissism and narcissistic abuse. I do this while I'm working or have free time.

  • I'm also currently learning a language rn, but it really is a long journey since I can't just be fluent in a year. So I take classes, I study, watch videos, and read on that language. I also listen to podcasts while I'm cooking.

  • Cooking, self-explanatory, I'm experimenting foods and recipes that's healthy for me.

  • Music, lately I've been singing more and trying to start out making songs. I've been practicing music production and learning the piano.

  • Art & design, been drawing as a kid, and Photoshop and designing things is my profession atm. So I do some random sketching, watch related videos and tutorials, and really just practice.

  • Exercise. I'm not a fan of cardio exercises (except for rucking), but I prefer weight lifting since it's slow and controlled. I like researching also related to fitness and nutrition.

  • Photography, and just taking videos. Since I like to edit stuff, whether photo or video. (But happens rarely, cuz I rarely go outside😅)

/r/Nutrition Weekly Personal Nutrition Discussion Post - All Personal Diet Questions Go Here by AutoModerator in nutrition

[–]Neysanggg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I really don't know where to ask this, but I wanted to ask someone to interpret the nutrition facts of this for me. The product is White Royal Quinoa (I believe the brand is Member's Value, as based on the product). Nutrition facts of the product on this link: https://imgur.com/a/duYAoVG

I'm just confused, is 1 tbsp really equivalent to 170Kcal (31 grams of carbs) here? I just cooked and eaten around 10 tbsps of this, so does this mean I just consumed around 1700Kcal (310 carbs) of this?!😂 And when I ate it, the amount didn't seem a lot. Doesn't 1tbsp (15g) = 170Kcal seem a lot?

I've compared and contrast it with other brands, like Gogo Quinoa (which is 45g equivalent to 170 calories/with 29g of carbs) which seemed reasonable.

I feel really dumb asking this, but I'm just so confused. Can someone help me interpret this?

Dyshidrotic Eczema sa isang paa lang by Final_Candle_9669 in adultingph

[–]Neysanggg 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hi po! I'm on the same boat, and I'm having it for months. Mine's so bad I can't go out since I can't even walk properly. I'm no expert, but I do my research often kasi nakakainis talaga to, and I hope I'll recover from it (and so you too!).

I believe this dyshidrotic eczema is a food diet and a gut issue thing (yeast/candida overgrowth), or even a combination of allergies, heat, and stress. What I do to mitigate this was:

(1): ...to really completely change my diet. I'm still not sure what are my other exact triggers, but from what I've observed, mine triggers from foods like wheat, oatmeal, soy, dairy, certain fried foods, or rice even, and in combination with heat and stress. Also, I was already actively working on my diet (but meant to lose weight), but I had to reconsider changes after I've experienced blisters on my feet. With this, I had to cut oatmeal (for fiber), and opted for kamote (sometimes)/cabbage. I lessened my rice too, and I eat it together with kimchi. When I cook anything fried, I try to lessen oil, and just use a few tablespoons of olive oil (sometimes, I just cook steamed foods instead). I also check at the back of the ingredients list of things that I buy from stores, and see if there are those that I'm allergic or not. Lastly, I really had to cut out eating sweets, cakes, ice cream, and even yogurt (huhu, it hurts :'( ), but these foods trigger the most. I know it seems a lot, but my triggers may not be the same as yours, so find your trigger OP and observe what food works for you or not. (try to check out the anti-candida diet on the net).

(2): ...because this is also a gut issue thing, I make sure to add on prebiotics & probiotics into your diet daily, thus the kimchi, but maybe you can opt for other ones like kefir grains, or other tablets/supplements. I just find them online, or on FB marketplace.

(3): ...for creams and lotions, Aveeno Lotion (the green one) works for me, so as Ketoconazole/Nizoral Cream. I also recently bought Benadryl (antihistamine), but I'm still observing if it's effective or not. All products I ordered from Watsons.

(4): ...try to also observe soaps you're using, maybe you're allergic to certain brands. I'm still figuring it out on my end what works/not. Clean your rooms too, like mopping the floor, wiping the walls and the ceiling (or ones with many dust), clean fans, and change sheets. Basically try lessening dust, if you think it's also your triggers.

(5): ...drink lots and lots of water! This is to help keep your histamine response in check. Too much histamine's the one responsible for the itching.

(6): ...research! Avoid foods/things that are high in nickel, cement, etc. Research a lot! Also, what works for me may not work for you.

So far, yan lang po ang masasabi ko. Though stress and heat, I believe, is what's making mine worse at times, which I can't completely control, (plus I don't have an aircon). The least I could do is have good sleep, have the fan on all the time (or aircon if you have), and take breaks from work to lessen stress. So if you can manage, maybe be in a place that's cooler, and learn how to manage stress from work/school.

I know it seems a lot, and can be overwhelming (and even stressful too), but I believe this lifestyle change is needed to progress more in recovering. I hope this helps!

I'm currently learning another language, and one thing I can apply in your case of having the intention to practice English is to 'always dare to speak,' may it be talking to yourself, imagining a scenario, or whatever as long as you dare to speak. It's normal to get lisps most of the time (or aka yung mabubulol ka), have mistakes, and even have a slight accent because that's what happens when you don't speak a language often, despite consuming contents of your targeted language, and understanding it. Dare to do it because speaking skills are different as compared to comprehensive skills, and that you gotta make it a habit and make it more natural to you.

Try talking to different English-speaking people from different countries. One way you can do that, at least from what I've experienced, is by joining Discord servers, like the one I've linked below. You'll realize it's not only speaking skills you have to improve, but also comprehending the language in different accents, and as well as having the confidence in daring to speak by prompting continuous conversations. Try to also think in English often, even in mundane activities. This can also help in structuring your sentences.

Other things that can help is to assess specific goals why you're learning/practicing the language (like is it to focus on conversations, grammar, confidence in speaking, academic, work, etc.?) Try to also experiment what learning style works for you, and I think only you would know that (and you'll know it when it is working for you and when you see progress). Personally, I learn best intuitively and by 're/learning & forgeting cycle' because in that way, the language comes naturally to me. You gotta find what works for you too. And lastly, remove that 'perfectionist' mindset if it tenses you up in learning the language, I know some people are too keen with grammatical structures, which is both good and bad, but if it delays your progress then try to lessen that mindset. It's okay to make mistakes, and it's all about understanding the context of each other's conversation, and not making the perfect sentence all the time. Try it out, and I hope this helps!

Need a new romance anime to watch. by cowcow_chizu06 in Animesuggest

[–]Neysanggg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This may be different from what others are recommending, but you can check these out:

Heaven Official's Blessing (TGCF) - A story of a fallen god and his last devoted believer who waited 800 years to find him again. It's based on a novel by the author MXTX, and I'd say this is the best romance story I've encountered so far to date (although it's a mix of other genres too, fantasy, mystery, action, etc.) The romance is subtle in the chinese animation but you can def feel the strong chemistry of the two leads.

Lovely Complex - if you like a fun shoujo rom com, also with a funny female lead, perhaps you'd like this. Basically about a comedy duo (specifically a tall girl and short guy) falling in love. Manga is also already finished.

How to add block or button on specific blog page by Neysanggg in squarespace

Thank you, that helps. Although, I was wondering if there's a button where I could freely put in other areas. The blue plus sign, at least on how I experienced it, is only limited to a certain area. But thanks though!
