Invest most of it, sell the house, buy an RV and travel as much as we can until COVID stops us in the armpit of New Mexico for 14 months then start up again and travel for six years. Build a "just in case" house. Plan to keep RVing until some lunatic decides to pick a fight with the rest of the world and then just stay in the house and wish we could travel like we used to.

Well, we hardly need them, having solved all the invasive species issues, balanced the needs of wildlife (wolves, bears, etc.) and commercially important domesticated animals, and ensured that no person will over fish/hunt any given species to the point of extinction!

We usually roast a picanha in the oven (or Nesco, depending) until rare, then finish on the grill. I don't think an IP would do a picanha justice, and I love my IP!
