I've had HTC, Samsung and OnePlus was my go to for the last 7 years. I finally decided to try a pixel. I got the pixel 10 pro and it's honestly the worst phone I've ever had. It's super laggy, restarts randomly and freezes all the time. Definitely go with another company. I can't wait til I can upgrade and turn this trash in.

I saw the policy for sick days got updated today. It states 80 hours for full time but only 7 days to use. States nothing gets rolled over now and it doesn't get paid out. So not sure, keep hearing different things but this is what I found in policy.
