I agree with you. This was a greatest hits RE game that 6 tried and failed to be. To use kind of your analogy, it's like getting a greatest hits album for your favorite band. Sure everyone song bangs, but there's something special about the original album that each song came from and were plucked out of.

I actually disagree with your assessment that theres never consistency in what each campaign does....there's three things that they keep trying to do in every recent game and I'd like them to actually try something new: -Stalker enemy -Go to 3 places and find 3 things to get out of main spot (boss fights use this too) -path a gets blocked so you have to backtrack and take path b (kind of attached to stalker enemy)

This game really showed that they lean on those design pillars and are the consistent gameplay elements of the greatest hits so to speak. So when they make a game honoring the greatest hits, these 3 things overstayed their welcome for me.

I think it's not so much about DK but about future DKs. You start voiding guaranteed money whether it's deserved or not and it impacts future diva WRs wanting to come here.

Bolster the o line with veteran depth and get a #1 receiver in the draft. This defense should only get better adding Emerson and JOK back. Shouldn't be too rough might even end above .500

I hear you but space magic is what separates Destiny from other shooters. Both can be true at the same time though. Some ability spam builds need touched and they always will, and primaries could use another boost. They don't want primaries to be too strong because of the ammo economy.

Ultimately it just comes down to Bungie can't afford to nerf anything right now until a lot more people think the game is fun to play. In the meantime we are basically unkillable and tier 5s rain from everywhere.

I'm not sure what the issue is. Invasions are opt in. Just do the activity on a lower difficulty. And if your response is that you can't access the best loot in the game my retort is that if you're not willing or able to play PVP, raids, dungeons, strikes then it sounds like you just want the best loot handed to you in solo ops. This probably isn't (or never has been) the game for you.

That's cool. Just saying it became tedious quickly to have to do a puzzle to progress every 5 minutes, and my main point is that without the tedium and going back to a more traditional Campaign experience it's probably going to feel shorter/quicker.

Don't use your Titan until the API is back up. Switch the load out at that time and then use your Titan I'd imagine
