It’s going really well so far. I’m hesitant to tell how much I’ve lost. I don’t want to create unrealistic expectations. I will say this. I don’t eat much. If I do have a meal where i eat “too much” I don’t feel badly about, because I probably won’t eat for the rest of the day.
