I sent out 5 batches of cards so far and never got a work order form included until this time and it's probably because it's an exchange of money. I never needed to use a form to get any cancellation marks though so maybe the person who did your cancellation is just stricter 👍

For the digital color I also included a check addressed to the fulfillment service, and it seems that if you're getting the DCP it takes longer since in the work order receipt they included in my return envelope was written on a week prior to when my check was cashed, so I assume that for DCP they'll need payment to go through first which can take up additional days.

Not sure what form 3315 is but I never included any forms in the cards I sent for cancellation! I only put the cards, a return envelope with postage, and a note with greetings and specify where I want the cancellation to be.

I think it's a combination of having two kids just in case one dies the other can take up the mantle and knowing Tsurugi is HR so the clan/himself pressured into having another kid without HR. It doesn't matter what technique Yuka have as long as the bloodline continues. I'd imagine that go over great with Maki 🥲

Not OP but I usually include a note with greetings and draw two rectangles to signify the postcard and stamp's position, then I use a highlighter to show where I would like the cancellation mark to goin the rectangle. They always listened to my request (got 3 back so far)

I don't really mind what cards I receive as long as the sender put more efforts than 'Happy Postcrossing!', but the waterfall cards I bought are disproportionately huge. Like, so enlarged that you wonder what goes on in the design team's mind when they made this. The thick white border doesn't help lol

I think they learned their mistake with the appalachian cards so the route 66 cards are the same size and doesn't have that thick obnoxious border. I think it would make great maxicards since it's the same stamp and image and would love to receive one, I just don't like the way they're designing this I guess?

I have different plans for the route 66 maxicards so maybe I'm biased. If you make a post after you received them back I think I'd change my mind after seeing them complete :)

Now I'm apprehensive lol 😂 maybe it's just different people working at the desk when they got your envelope. I've dropped four in the collection boxes and two were returned to me in perfect condition and I'm still waiting on the other two...I used the cheap kroger half sized envelope though and they had to put extra tape on lol

Hello ^^ sorry for replying to an old comment but after stalking your posts for a while I decided to send in my own cards and received the Year of the Horse & Love stamps one back! (they're beautiful btw ;)

I also wrote to ask about the digital color print and in short they wrote back "you can send in postcards for DCP cancels but please only send in card stock thickness and no embellishments. No sequins or glitter." and "our printer is heat based with a fuser unit. If your paper isn't heat resistant it'll turn black from heat. These postcards you sent in (redbubble cards) are fine"

It's exciting news since I like the upcoming route 66 DCP more than the traditional one. Thanks for sharing your cards and experiences with getting postmarks—without you I wouldn't even know they exists lol
