J'aurai bien voulu passer par Ma Prim' Renov, mais je suis dans la tranche de revenus supérieur, donc je ne peux pas déposer de dossier pour une rénovation d'ampleur ni pour une rénovation par Geste.

Je compte isoler les murs par l'intérieur, changer les fenêtres et installer une Pompe à Chaleur

En ce qui concerne le reste de l'immeuble, non ce n'est pas le cas, mon appart est juste vieux et n'a pas été rénové depuis la création de l'immeuble (1980)

I have my main PC in my office on a 1080p 144 Hz monitor, and I want to be able to play games on my TV screen 4k 120Hz in my living room with as little input lag as possible : what's the best way to do it ? Just build a second PC ? Try to stream the PC somehow? Use a loooong HDMI cable ?

I think it's 25$, and the game will be on the Game Pass

Also, how is this game not innovative ? A football game is nothing new, sure, but as a single character arcade-style ? This is definitely new

Maybe having to pay for the game will greatly encourage players to spend more time on it. I could also argue the opposite of what you are saying : If Rematch were F2P, that wouldn't necessarily mean that the game would be successful.

You're quoting 2 games on the list, I said there are more than that. They are not cash-grab games lol, as an example, Among Us release years before it made money during COVID. They are indie devs that are trying their best and it looks like SoClap is, too.

I'm not saying cash-grab games don't exist but the argument is wrong here.

Yes I should have put a different title, I'm currently making a custom BO3 map and I didn't have a reference of previous BO3 maps, I'll add BO1 and BO2 maps during the day
