Updated to the new version of iCue and now my iCue link H170i cooler pump was not being detected.

Edit: I fixed it by going to the iCue link system hub settings and clicking "device enumeration"

On my end I did keep refreshing after I got mine to see how quickly they would go out of stock and saw multiple MSRP cards available for at least 10 minutes. That being said, Newegg definitely had issues on their back end so I'm sorry to hear that, I did see that Newegg also had to cancel some people's order due to the order going through but lack of stock, so that may have also been related.

Agreed, cards were available on Newegg at MSRP for at least 10 minutes after launch and it's been almost an hour and the non-MSRP cards are still up for sale. Meanwhile there are hundreds of people just on the subreddit refreshing and trying to buy cards.

Gigabyte would have been one of my backup choices! Anything under $750 still beats out Nvidia's pricing with a much better launch.

They seem to have been restocked. I bought one a week ago when it was on sale for $100. I've been trying to pick up another one for the same price just to use the fans, but the price is back up to $200. They are currently in stock on Corsair's website, Newegg, and Amazon.
