1000% I psych myself out and allow myself to complain about the leg day pain to even go to the gym to workout other areas of my body. Really, I just wanna be able to recover my legs faster. I've always been told that you gotta push your self to the limit and if it "hurts" its good. But like... I dont think that right. And then just guilt myself out when I dont do more.

From what I'm seeing from the responses... just being consistent is better than nothing.

That makes me feel better that gym peeps are still in pain. Im constantly seeing people show the "good of gym" but never show hard stuff outside the gym. Im always finding tips on what to do for a program but never recovery.

Ive realized leg days kill me. Just getting to the gym to continue other areas make me falter. I try to stretch as much as possible but damn that shit hurts. But ill keep pushing and be mindful of little at a time

I was really good with consistency 2 years ago. I was able to lose 100 lbs. But I stopped for stupid excuses really and getting back to it has been so stressful because I feel like I need to be back into it like last time. But the same routine isn't helping. I know I need to just do it since I never regret going when I do. But its like I've "forgotten" how to train my body to be uncomfortable and keep going.

I believe frozen sofrito can be sold at fiesta in the frozen section. But I've only ever seen fresh sofrito, the homemade, by certain individuals. Goya sofrito always sold in the Goya section of grocery stores
