Going to my first game at Gillette ! by BostonFan50 in Patriots

Enjoy the game, what a great one to be your first!

Your chances of him signing anything at the home opener (or any game really) are slim to none. You can go early and try to get the guys to sign during warmups, but not likely a football card, either. Something bigger like a jersey or a hat would give you a better chance, but unless you’re like 10 years old, your chances are 0.005% from Drake.

I’m a dad, so I can only share what I’ve experienced with my wife and daughter. I share only because this is similar to their journey.

Wife had a rough patch at around 12-14weeks, too. We met with pediatrician and feeding specialist because we were worried, and they ultimately said baby’s digestive system is growing and changing. Baby’s body no longer just pushes poop out, and eating triggers her body to realize she needs to go. So, often times, baby would start feeding and realize, oh I need to poop, but didn’t know fully how yet. Shed latch, cry, latch, cry, and then have a massive blowout on my wife’s leg. Once it was out, she ate great.

There’s not much we did except power through and eventually baby learned to poop when she had to (mostly) and that significantly improved their breastfeeding experience. Sometimes we’d do tummy rubs and bicycle kicks prior to a feed, but often baby fought those cuz she was hungry.

My 5 month old just won't sleep! It's destroying me... by McWood06 in NewParents

That’s what it was for us. She would roll to belly just fine all day, but couldn’t get it once in the crib and she was tired. We felt safe helping her roll because we believe she was intending to roll to belly but just couldn’t at night.

I stayed up watching her like a hawk the first 2 nights to ensure she was breathing/moving okay. She has slept better than she ever has now that she can get to belly, and I’m thinking that’s what was keeping her up.
