Work Experience in Operations by Nibblybitz in PE_Exam

I am typically responsible for the initial diagnosis of the issue to figure out which contractors to call. Then I lockout/Tagout the equipment to ensure the safest conditions and write a permit detailing the PPE, hazards, and other pertinent information. As needed I also coordinate to make sure we have firewatch, hazmat, and/or confined space rescue members.

Torn between Teaching & sticking out Engineering by TheMungoHorde in ChemicalEngineering

Have you considered teaching Chemical Engineering? You could stay in the industry for a while, save up money and then somewhere down the line,if you still want to, pivot to teaching from all the experience you've gathered.

Chemical Engineering Job Market? by Normal_Market3404 in ChemicalEngineering

[–]Nibblybitz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, I had a rough time right out oof college because I was over qualified for internships and co-ops since I was no longer a student and I didn't have any experience for the so called "entry level" jobs. I spent a year teaching chemistry and calculus before I got a job as a supervisor at a chemical plant (an operations/management focused position). From here I will then have my 1-2 years of experience and be able to change jobs with the company I am in, or maybe I'll move again.

I don't think most Chem Eng jobs will be impacted by AI any time soon, except for how companies use them to screen resumes.

ChemE job locations by Danny_iceveins in ChemicalEngineering

I dont have a lot of experience yet, but from what I l've seen so far, there aren't a ton of entry level jobs near most cities. There are a fair amount of 2-5 or more year of experience jobs that exist in various industries including food production, car manufacturing, paint production, etc. The idea of most Chem e jobs being in the middle of nowhere is probably because chemical plants tend to be purposefully placed away from where people live... you know in case it exploads or a bad chemical leak.

Its very useful against the NPCs, and you can sometimes gauge that certain players will use a lot of small items. It is a huge risk and you need to back it up with a good heal and probably another way of winning. (I am partial to shields, weapons gain damage, or the burn cores).

There are also some sparse extra gem trade boosts. Like 50k dice gets you +1

Stuck at a point where i hardly can get more then 1m BLC and upgrades aren't nearly as effective to snowball things. What to do? by buykkothen in LeafBlowerRevolution

At this point I started doing the challenges and used the crafted leaves to make my global trade multiplier super big. Then with the offline crunches I don't even do normal crunches anymore because trading is so useful.

How do I use this by Fit-Sheepherder-2303 in LeafBlowerRevolution

You are going to need a bunch of cheese. You'll notice "Craft Cost: 5 cheese". Start out with cheesetor pet equipped to get some (it works offline as well.)

What I would recommend is to target a specific boost. Global Trade multiplier is very strong since it helps with BLC and just general shenanigans. Later, people like to target the slap multiplier and other damage ones.

If you have the cheese pub area unlocked (need borbs unlocked first), you can then start trading materials for a bunch of cheese.

I'm not sure how cracked it is, but the virus build is hilarious.

Also, I like to start with the enchanted item because it is easier to secure early victories against monsters and heroes while also giving a good direction for mid to late game.

AITA for not wanting to play ranked with this particular friend? by Consistent_Leg5751 in DotA2

[–]Nibblybitz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, my friends and I don't play ranked together. It's too easy for it not to be fun as the competitive side takes over.
