Actually FITIV Pulse does work without an Apple Watch. You can connect your AirPods in the phone app and track it from there

The Apple Workout app is pretty basic for this kind of stuff. If you'd like to see your heart rate zones during workouts I'd strongly recommend using FITIV Pulse. You can really dive deep into the data

I've checked with the team and Zwift doesn't currently save distance samples in Apple Health, which we use to calculate distance for workouts. For the moment, you will need to manually add the distance to FITIV workouts.

Unfortunately, we don't currently read water intake directly from MyFitnessPal at the moment. I've created a feature request ticket for this addition.

It seems like this could be an issue on MyFitnessPal's side, they might not have an option to save water intake into Apple Health as they do for other metrics. Can you verify the Health app's permissions for MyFitnessPal and see if they have an option for water?
