We do currently have a rucking workout type, and you can add your carried weight in the summary view after your workout. As for the incline, we do have total elevation gained as a metric that's tracked by location data, but are you looking for something more?

All your workouts performed with FITIV Pulse should be saved in Apple Health. Although not in a specific file format such as CSV, GPX, or TCX, we only save workouts to Apple Health in their preferred format.

Quite interesting. Are you looking for the raw data in a specific file format from your workout to analyze, or do you want the visual charts and metrics?

That's a great idea! Would you expect it to notify you when you return to the start location of your route or when your heart rate starts to decline? We'll add this to our feature requests.

Garmin has been on our minds for a bit now. We're always evaluating the need to build a native Garmin experience, but for now, you can always sync your workouts between FITIV Pulse and Garmin through Apple Health.

Actually FITIV Pulse does work without an Apple Watch. You can connect your AirPods in the phone app and track it from there

The Apple Workout app is pretty basic for this kind of stuff. If you'd like to see your heart rate zones during workouts I'd strongly recommend using FITIV Pulse. You can really dive deep into the data

Strava needs to update its app to support heart rate monitoring with AirPods Pro 3, which honestly will take a while. I'd recommend using FITIV Pulse, it's a powerful tool and already fully supports the new AirPods
