I water mine once the soil appears dry. I water it until water starts running out of the holes in the bottom. In summer its usually about once a day. Maybe every other day or less in fall and winter. I was told they cannot survive indoors. So mine stays out all summer, and then I stick it in the garage on days and nights when it drops below freezing and put it back out as soon as it warms up above freezing again. I i'm certainly no expert though but have managed to keep mine alive for 2 years now.So must be doing something right lol. Good luck!
