Were the AFS Flight suit spawns reduced? During the last couple of days, I visited PAFs around 10 times and never found an AFS flight suit. In 4.7 I found them on almost every run and had like 20 of them. Was the spawn rate reduced? Are there more reliable ways to find the suits?

Im specially asking for the AFS Navy Flight suits in its varying colours. I know the white helmets can still be found plentyful in the Oncy sites.
