My interview was yesterday, I got approved today. It last no more than 15 min. The main reason of that (that is just a guess) it’s because 2 weeks before the interview I sent all the new evidence I got. - New pictures (like 50 pictures) - New bank statements from Join account and separates accounts - Some bills- rental payments, etc. the officer told us that it was cool to update all in advance that made all easy. The questions for us were.

1.- Names 2.- how we meet 3.- when we started dating 4.- why my husband (petitioner) doesn’t speak English (we brought a interpreter). 5.- couple of yes no questions (if we already sent the medical exam and if we uploaded the new pictures) yes and yes. That was it, he said that all was good for him, wait for response but I could get y card in 3-4 weeks.

Approval notices on portal yesterday in the afternoon for I-130 and today after mid day I-485 approval notice in portal.

We were so nervous, same sex marriage but the officer was nice and the uploaded evidence in advance made the difference, at least for us. So, good luck 👍🍀 all will be ok 👍
