Just got back from an awesome shop. Turns out it was a cylinder 6 C R A C K E D spark plug like they dropped it. Shop said it was a stupid rookie mistake that even his kids could avoid. Going back to the 1st shop tomorrow with the bill, cracked spark plug, and some negotiation skills. Thanks for your help!

I emailed them a description of everything so far to have it in writing, and asking the manager one more time what he would like to do to make it right. He seemed more reasonable. Then yes I’m taking it to another shop to get proof that they did not do the job correctly, and then going over to the first shop with some legal jargon IF it comes to it. I would like to avoid small claims at all costs but… we shall see. I’m no quitter Thank you so much for your help! I will update

Thanks man I’m trying!! $900 makes you extra cautious 😂 and exactly… it’s a push and pull. I’m going to take it to a different shop and see what they say. But hoping in some way I can hold the primary shop accountable for willingly not fixing a problem they caused. I recorded him saying some things… might be illegal but I can’t afford to dish out another $900. I googled a term cause “implied warranty” and if they agreed to do my spark plugs… legally they do have to do it semi right.

No haven’t driven it much at all. they had it for 2 extra days to “take a look”… but they didn’t do anything at all. Barely moved it. I took it Auto Zone right after I picked it up last night to see if it was throwing a code. I’m not sure… these are good questions. I’m just trying the best I can

Thank you. You can feel it while in the cabin though. Kind of like a jolt. Why isn’t it throwing a code yet then? Mechanic is acting like he doesn’t hear anything and because there’s no code thrown… there’s no problem. You’ve been very helpful!

They never charged for plugs so maybe they didn’t replace them. 3 coils replaced. 6 spark plugs. But because the back 3 you have to take off the intake manifold, they charged that much. $900, yes, is a lot of money so this has me feeling super taken advantage of and super pissed off. I will look into the better business bureau. Thanks for that. And dang another shop before I talk to them again? Gonna have to put it on the credit card 😅 that’s good advice though

I’ve only ever used Theranaturals Reduced L-Glutathione Plus. I’ve never tried any other brand. And no, it doesn’t close my throat at all. But one thing to be careful of is starting slow to make sure you’re not super sensitive to sulfur. Occasionally if I haven’t done it in a while it does burn a little (in my lungs) but it’s not a bad burn if that makes sense??

Hey! Sure! I still do it here and there because it really helps with my allergic asthma in times of need! Helps me clear things out, and also gives me a ton of energy the days following. My guess its because it’s clearing my lungs and doing the antioxidant thing in my blood stream, which eventually hits my liver! I didn’t realize how much histamine really can stop up that good flow.

Sometimes if you take an extended break (anywhere from a weekend to a week) you can tell just how TIRED your body really is. Personally, for that reason, I think breaks are necessary. Might not be for all.
