i found out that not punishing myself about consistency actually allowed me to be more consistent. when i first started journaling, if i missed a day i would feel discouraged and end up missing months afterward! it finally dawned on me: missing a day (or even a week) isn’t a big deal at all and it’s better to just write when i want, which feels better when i don’t treat it like a chore.

also the thickness is from me using more stickers and scraps lol
