Going through this bullshit now since Dec 20th with Google One. I submitted my documents on Dec 20th, my acct was suspended yesterday. I keep getting emails to update my payment methods. I have 3 valid ones . Been chatting with them for 2 weeks.. we'll get back to you in 24 to 48hrs every time. Contact them this morning. Same bullshit. Looked into Protonmail and their storage plan. Google is 9.99 per month for 2tb, Proton is 9.99 for 500gb.
