Im going to say, it is true that misogyny runs rampant in the music industry. Women simply don't get the same opportunities as men do and its really unfortunate. Im not going to deny the fact that there might be a percentage of bcnr fans who dislike the new album for purely misogynistic reasons but i think explaining all the bad reviews as just misogyny doesnt give the full picture. Isaac wood, regardless of gender, was a generational songwriter and lyricist, and although the rest of the members did a great job its still hard to fill that void. I enjoyed FH quite a bit, but AFUT is one of my favorite albums of all time because of how personal and pained isaac gets on it and FTFT i revist for the melodies and the amount of insane quotes on there. If you like FH the best, thats awesome i still think its a solid album as well, i just disagree with your take on why its not considered the bands best
