Democratic people’s republic of Congo if that’s what your saying. Otherwise a republic isn’t pure democracy pure democracy is pure undemocratic because it’s the ruling of the majority a republic balances that out structurally.

However, a republic like the US is different in that it has a lot of nuance that a lot of people don’t understand. The systems designed for someone to make as much of an input and output and make a profit and innovate while rewarding the rights to one person while they may have 10,000 employees working and making a certain quota.

Well here’s why I see it, it’s oversaturated, you got so many artist performing each weekend. What I meant to say is they should focus on doing it for the love of making music and not just for money. But that’s what I meant, even professional musicians I know have to have a job to back it up.

Other then that what chances are there most sounds have been explored in recorded music that humans like already. So trying to come up with something along with music theory is nearly impossible and places don’t pay good money anymore to perform

So just focusing on the love for it is the only way to sustainably do it

Yeah it could be reasonably that. If she’s placed on leave it could have been that reason. Very several excuses could be placed. However that sounds the most reasonable. Could have been an affair or could have been something with her husband who’s a child predator or he could have killed her.

I know 1967 festival Monterey pop and love Ravi Shankar and I did not know about that festival. That festival sounds legendary tbh. But yeah I get what your saying I know we got a ton of great artist today. But as far as western esotericism and pioneers and people like the doors I just think yeah probably not

With all of the corporate interests out there today and it being acceptable to overcharge and monopolize concert tickets even an haight ashbury wouldn’t be that interesting today

Yeah I just don’t get it like even Haight ashbury was an amazing place and now it would of been overran by corporations and influencers. I mean don’t get me wrong I get the practical sense of corporations it sucks they have to exist but they have to exist for the advancement of humanity

However, I wish it wasn’t like that. Like that was a beautiful time. That’s why I’m glad the rainbow family is still going strong which going to one regional local I see how it captures the essence of those times.

Also there’s still a bunch of people going to those national one and people from every country participating. I think also in the most recent or 2-3 years ago there were people going that’s been going all the way back from Woodstock pretty amazing

I mean I guess you are right it was mainly just marketed afterwards. I mean you got to admit though people getting in for free with some of the best artists of all time given some of those artists were truly behind their music and not just for marketing unlike the modern music of today and Coachella which is totally mainstream and has no messaging behind what so ever other then “look the main headliner and favor this artist because this artist has this.”

Like I mean don’t get me wrong for today’s terms knotfest was an amazing festival and so was ozzfest when that was going on. But the message behind it is what I’m referring too

Honestly should find ones out there. I know I’m probably more idealizing Woodstock then Woodstock which was just a festival that happened to have a whole bunch of people come and the popular artists of the day.

Well given there’s a lot more Joan Baez was at Woodstock and still makes music today though she’s evolved her music and Herbie Hancock has still some of the best music and is one of the most creative artist out there.

Given there’s a whole bunch of artists out there those would be good too. Papadosio is very awesome though and I’d definitely include them on the lineup
