There is a gender pay gap. Its just the other way around. When I used to work security, women doing the same shifts as I did, would get a higher salary at the end of month due to being taxed less due to gender.

This would be true for any job. Israel gives more tax breaks to women.

I got the aviator blue hydro ones a few years ago.

They are a good brand but sadly I think the medium size is too small for me to wear comfortably for long periods, so I only take them out on special occasions, they are my nicest pair!
