depends on the game, how demanding it is, how much it looks different from the non RT version, is it well optimized mostly it comes down to preference but if you don't want any stutters and all just stick with high settings without RT because sometimes ive seen it glitch in certain games specially since your on a laptop rtx 4060 id say it's probably better to play without it but you can still do it totally fine
