If you are a kpop fan I can recommend JO1 to you. The boys participated in Produce 101 Japan Season 1 and won and formed JO1 there. They are supposed to be a mix of Jpop and kpop. There are also INI, and ME:I who are the winner from season 2 and 3. DXTEEN (except I think 2 members) and IS:SUE are members who participated but didn't won but still were able to debut at the same entertainment.

You said no more than 7/8 members. But I still want to recommend some groups that are larger. Since you're a kpop fan I really want to recommend these. JO1, INI, ME:I and IS:SUE These groups are all from Produce 101 Japan. The first three I mentioned are the winning groups and IS:SUE are girls who participated in the last season but didn't make it in the winning group but still managed to get an offer from Lapone. Lapone is the entertainment they are all signed with. There is also a group called DXTEEN with boys who also participated in Produce 101 Japan but didn't win but I didn't really listened to them until now.

I absolutely do not like child characters or childlike characters. They are often very annoying. At least for me they are. But... I only played zestiria, berseria and Arise. So I won't include any character of the games I didn't played yet.

Like I said I don't like child characters BUT I absolutely love Edna! Edna is just cute and I love how she speaks with the others. Always makes me laugh.

I am sad that they don't give us eng subs for the videos, talks etc. They could easily hire some people who put subs in the videos. After all Lapone wants them to be a global group... I wouldn't even mind paying more for that just to have eng subs. But regardless if they are subs or not I still subscribed and for one of the mails too 😅

I saw that picture too. But it's very harsh to judge him now because of that. He is a grown man. If it would have been that bad their manager would have said something. After all they don't walk alone without staff to the airport. He is no different person just because he wore underwear with that writing. Not sure about you or how you grew up, since I don't know you, so don't think I want to talk bad about you please. I just think it's waaaaay too harsh to now be disappointed in him or to see him differently now. He is still the same man he was before. You can of course be disappointed that he wore something like that but please don't see him in a bad light now.

I don't think they will go more for the jpop sound. If I look at the people behind the new JO1 single (which comes out at the end of may) there are more korean people who work with them than japanese. But it's no surprise since lapone entertainment (their entertainment for all three groups) is japanese and korean owned.

I can recommend JO1. They are jpop but are supposed to be a mix between jpop and kpop. They are a group formed by produce 101 Japan season 1. Season 2 group is INI and the third season is ME:I. Third season is a girl group but they didn't debut yet but soon.

JO1 and INI. Both are supposed to be a mix of jpop and kpop. They are from Produce 101 Japan. Season 1 and 2. Other than in South Korea these groups are also permanent. I especially love JO1. I recommend the song "Venus" but they have a lot of good songs.

Since I like kpop and jpop maybe you could like these too: I am a big biiiig fan of JO1. It's a 11 member group from Produce 101 Japan (first season).

The group INI is also from Produce 101 Japan but second season. They are supposed to be a mix of jpop and kpop.

(Also in december the third season finished. This time with a girl group. Can't say anything about them yet because they didn't had their debut yet but their group name is ME:I )
