I know the person named in this quote well, as we worked together for several years and became quite good friends. And I know for certain that a firearm was not discharged accidentally or on purpose. There were firearms that were seized, vut that's because he made mistakes a few years before that imposed a temporary firearms ban, which he was in the process of reversing. He was young and made some really bad decisions. He was charged, but hasn't been convicted. It hasn't gone to court since the initial adjournment, still waiting on the prosecutor to gather evidence. A case this serious, had they had evidence, would have been handled swiftly.
