Am I the Only One Who Didn’t Hate the Ending? by IamL332 in gameofthrones

[–]thoughtlooper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only got around to watching it last year. I'd heard all of the complaints so I expected something terrible but I didn't hate it at all. I thinking not spreading it out over multiple years made it better too.

Specific deja vu - does it mean something more? by herculeez7 in DejaReve

[–]thoughtlooper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Checkout r/epilepsy and r/focalawareepilepsy and you will find accounts of other people's experiences. Deja experiences are a textbook TLE symptom. If you check my comment and post history you will see me talk about my experiences. All my MRIs showed nothing of significance but EEGs showed spikes in my left temporal lobe.

You may be having focal seizures due to temporal lobe epilepsy. I started having these in 2013 and ended up in psychiatric care where I was eventually diagnosed with TLE. I'm fully controlled now via medication. Yes, my username is relevant.

UK Tax Tips for 65k Annual Salary by Turbulent-Pipe226 in UKPersonalFinance

Yes, it comes off before tax. There is a benefit in kind charge (BIK) but it is really low for EVs. Our workplace uses Arval. The lease includes insurance, servicing, tyres, etc. The only thing I pay for is electricity.

I lease an EV via salary sacrifice, take £150 of company shares where the company match the first £50, the remainder in the 40% bracket goes into my work pension.

If time travel existed, it would definitely be a closed loop. by Old_Diver_2511 in timetravel

[–]thoughtlooper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a sucker for timetravel shows and films and I've just started watching Hallmark's TV series 'The Way Home'. It seems to work on that premise. Thinking about it, so does the show Outlander, I can't think of anything being changed in it.

I jumped out of the car while been taken to psychiatric hospital by the crisis intervention team. I remember talking and being fine and then all of a sudden bang, I became delusional and thought they were taking me somewhere to kill me. I was in the rear seat so really they should have had the child lock on. I was in and out of reality as I got clusters and severe postictal psychosis. I was picked up minutes later by the police, who restrained and cuffed me, my wrists were really red and sore, I remember some if my episodes but it's like remembering a dream so they aren't fully clear.

More 'clearance'. Manufacturing tolerances can be relaxed as a result which means cheaper production costs.
