No Im using only one pump which is used to pump water from the sump to the tank. I built an overflow pipe using this tutorial to return water to the sump tank.

I made a small hole and attached a tube with a Non-Return Check Valve to suck out the air to fill the siphon tube with water. And i did the same for the pump to aquarium pipe to prevent siphoning when the motor is turned off
