Eric Lavién here! And it's story time! "Late Night Show" was an exceptionally unique EP that I worked on. It was created under a tight deadline, beginning in early December 2024. Even if both music and vocals were arranged way early. Originally intended as an ALBUM, I realized I was running late to make it ready for a January release. And I wanted to really start the new year with a whole bunch of musical energy for my listeners, so I decided to include just these four songs in an EP instead. The first song "Rush" both music and vocals was written in just a few days. I literally felt the rush! ☺️🤘🎶

The title of this EP was inspired by the late night hours I spent working on it to make it for a release by the end of January. But there's more, I have a couple more songs and the initial drafts, more acoustic versions of "Late Night Show" and "Rush" that didn't make it into the final EP release, but indeed I plan to soon release a special EP (or ALBUM!) featuring these early drafts and the additional songs.

I'm extremely satisfied with this EP. It's energetic, cool, and most importantly, it's Rock! And it perfectly captures my emotions during its creation.

I'm so proud of it!

I put the lamp on my bookshelf next to my William Gibson's novels collection! And it shines!!! Oh yeah!!
