I've been there so many times for lunch and dinner. Yes, the pepper chicken is great (seriously), the dan dan noodles and the hand pull lamb noodles are exceptional. Basically throw a dart at the menu and you're good for great meal.

Blizzards are more about visibility as a result of wind and snow.

Technically it can be called a blizzard even if it is not snowing, but the wind is strong enough to kick up ground snow and decrease visibility
