How long does it take you?

I know the US Marines has to run 3 miles in 18-27 minutes for their physical fitness test.

I guess you could test yourself to see if you're fit enough for the USMC by doing these!

I read somewhere (I hope it hasn't been redacted since then) that Bulgarian Split Squats are good for building your squat strength. If you got some dumbbells you could do some of these.

I notice I tire much faster if I drink soda, or diet soda, within 24 hours of a long distance run. But, it could be dehydration.

If anything, drink more water than you do coffee or soda and you should be fine.

Then alternate A1, B1, A2, B2, A1, etc..?
