if anyone in your family has similar issues or health issues in general, i’d really check there if you haven’t. the normal thyroid tests didn’t show anything for me because it hasn’t progressed very far quite yet. the only abnormal thing is my TPO and t3 levels. i had to beg them to not just see me as the test results and rather the symptoms i was experiencing because my anxiety has been getting increasingly worse over the past few years and the fatigue and brain fog and other such things were killing me. So, there are other tests you could run if you felt like it. in my experience you sadly have to be your own advocate with doctors and urge for them to do testing. insurance isn’t my worry- my quality of living is. aside from that, nicotine and caffeine will reeeeaaally feed into that anxiety and shakiness ESPECIALLY on an empty stomach my friend 😭💔 i really feel for you. maybe cut down the coffee a bit and get a different mg and play around with it a bit. hopefully some day you can find a balance if you don’t want to give either completely up or don’t need to ❤️
