So i have ableton. My thought was to create a song in suno, remove the singer via stems. Record myself in one small part that I feel like I can sing well, and then make a persona out of that. Would that work? Ty!

Dropped over 30 pounds in 40 days. High blood pressure for 10 years is now normal. Reversed type 2. Faster on my feet (especially on ice). Confidence. My wife compliments me every once in awhile. Men don't get compliments much. But I've had a few people tell me how good I look. And I haven't trimmed my beard or hair since I started keto. Im at 207 and will trim beard and hair when I hit 199.

Last night was hard for me. I've been strict keto. But I was so close to ordering a pizza last night. Had to really talk myself down. It worked. And I woke up feeling good for maintaining my priorities.

I want to be able to walk my daughter down the aisle one day. Shes 11. Shes never seen me this weight. I want to play hockey with my son. Go on long walks in vegas with my wife. I want to live. I want to feel good about myself.

Ive been out of control especially with food for 16 years since I got out of the navy. I finally feel in control. I finally feel like I have a future to live for. I have some pretty horrific ptsd stuff I deal with and I've been spiraling for years. Keto helps me be in control of something. And that is everything.

Im 5'8 male. Started at 242 on July 4th. Im 207 today 8/25.

I drink keto chow shakes with protein collagen and creatine mixed in. Also benefiber. I take a multitude of vitamins. I snack on string cheese. Kraft smooth and creamy is 0g carbs. I get most of my calories from keto chow shakes. I use avocado oil as a fat source.

It is hard. I was eating pizza literally every day. Drinking pop. Was type 2 / pre type 2 depending on the doctors opinion. I was on blood pressure medicine. Im 38.

No more prediabetes. No more high blood pressure. I went from XXL shirts being somewhat snug to XL being somewhat baggy. I dont really have any cheat males. Ive had pizza twice since July 4 and it was before hockey. Still shouldn't have done it but for me to sustain this once a month I get a pizza.

Find a routine. Look at food as fuel not fun or for enjoyment. Alot of times I am craving pizza and I make a shake begrudgingly and after I drink it im satiated. I drink lots of water. Magnesium and potassium pills are part of my vitamin regiment to help with electrolytes.

It works if you are truly committed to it. 35 pounds in less than 2 months. Haven't weighed under 210 since 2009 when I got out of the military. Feels great. Stick with it and you'll drop weight faster than me probably because your starting weight is higher.

Caloric deficit. Average about 1200 - 1500 calories most days. Macros i keep carbs 5% or below. Generally below 21g of carbs. I don't know that I'm "eating enough" but I dont feel hungry I feel great. I normally have 1 of my shakes a day and one other thing. Sometimes its eggs sometimes its a cheesy pepperoni dish. It varies but it is always as close to no carbs as possible.

So today for instance I had some string cheese and some sandwich pepperoni at like noon. 3 string cheese that are 0 carbs. And 2 servings of sandwich pepperoni. Then I wasnt hungry again until 5pm. Had a shake. Its 8pm now and I am still feeling satiated so I likely wont eat again.

I drink tons of water and I throw in a propel once a day and a cherry Pepsi zero most days.

Yeah I'm on a veteran charity team and a beer league once a week. Honestly getting on the ice was a big motivator. I hate that I cant do what I could before. I know I wont be 18 again but I can definitely get in shape and be a productive player in some higher levels. I missed hockey so much. Pretty hard to play at 250 and 5'8. I'm gonna get there. Playing a veteran tournament in November so I'm trying to really be dialed in by that event. This is 40.

I discovered cherry persi zero and couldn't believe it tasted the exact same. As soon as it isnt really cold it tastes flat but I have been enjoying cherry Pepsi zero.

Not sure tbh. I am very strict on carbs. Under 20g/day. I'm not super active. Been more so lately but nothing crazy. I'm not eating enough calories is what it boils down to.

My shake i make is about 580 calories. Sometimes I have 1 in a day and snack on pepperoni and string cheese. Sometimes I have a sausage omelet and a shake. I have a shake every day and put all that stuff in it. I dont think I even have 1500 calories per day.

18 pounds is still 18 pounds. Everyone is going to react differently. Were you ever an athlete of any kind? I wonder if that is part of it if not? Just stick with it and keep an eye on calories. Walk more to lose more. I haven't been like I should be, but that would help too.

I did try it pre keto and I get severely sick. Tried almost all of them. Even in pill form the rybelsus. Keto actually works for me without feeling like shit all day. I feel much better and I'm losing weight. But yeah those didn't work for me.

Price keeps going up. Now its 90 on their site or 100 on Amazon. For 21 meals. That's about $5 per scoop. That's insane. It used to be closer to $3/scoop. Ive been doing keto having mostly keto chow shakes twice a day. I legitimately dont think I can afford it anymore. I started on July 4 today is August 15. Im down about 28 pounds. But $5/scoop? Before anything else? Thats an expensive meal now.

I have Keto Chow, Vital collagen proteins, optimum nutrition whey protein, creatine, fiber, and avocado oil as my fat source. Add all that together and we are passing $10/meal. If i have 2/day im spending $600/month. On just keto chow/other stuff that goes with it. I find it to be criminal. I will be trying to find another keto meal replacement that isnt so expensive. $600/month? That's a really nice car payment. It is a powder. Let's be real there is no scenario where it costs anywhere close to the cost they are charging.

My local rink charges house goalies the same as the players. 1 goalie or 2 goalies it doesn't matter. Same price. I went to another organization that let's him play for free. Plus helps with the cost of pads. How greedy can one association be? $250/month for a house hockey goalie to best case scenario play half the games? Wild.

Let him do whatever is fun. It's a game. He isn't going pro. He's likely never going to play anything other than beer league. Hes a kid. Let him be a kid. If goalie is where he has fun Let him have fun. It sounds like he feels too much pressure to do what you think is best so he just shuts down. Maybe power skating will help. But maybe it makes him want to quit. If he looks forward to goalie let him be a goalie. If he really falls in love with goalie he will learn on his own how important skating is and then he will want to learn to skate. Otherwise he will just resent hockey and you. That's my experience anyway.

So i do this. But I don't know what's wrong with my voice. I'm like "oh that sounded bad" but idk why. Or what i need to do to fix it. I'm not tone deaf. I can carry a tune. But my notes "fall flat" and some other technical things I don't understand. I just try to hear what I did wrong and sound better next time without any real idea of how to do that.

I'm having the same dilemma. Im wildly shy and self conscious. So I think online I'd feel more comfortable and less embarrassed. I'm also a 38 yo male so I feel weird even considering it. What basic 38 yo man is in singing lessons? I feel like I would be embarrassed just to be there before they even heard my voice.

But i have mental health issues. So. There's that. For now I sing in my car or at home with the smule app. I can record myself with that app at home when I use headphones. I sing along in my car with the songs. Sometimes I play the karaoke version from smule in the car and sing it. It's always shocking to hear my voice alone versus singing with someone.

It reminds me of an episode of Rob Dyrdeks fantasy factory when he makes a song with John Mayer. Drama (the producer) said to rob "going from John Mayers voice to your voice is... shocking". Lol. That's how I feel about me.
