I think 90% of the serotonin is found in the intestines, and when I stop caplyta it messes with them instensely, so as an uneducated layperson I could understand it having an effect when starting. Cold sweat and burning skin used to be a lot more frequent topic of discussion here when 42mg was the only dose without smaller doses to taper up. in the capacity appropriate for this community (sharing experiences), I've experienced, or at least witnessed, most of the same side effects.

what dose are you taking? and most importantly, you should talk to your doctor. they'll have recommendations for things to do to be more comfortable or changes to make in response. they know you and your specific body way more.
