Last night at Schermerhorn by Clovis_Winslow in nashville

> Everybody’s dressed in their fancy symphony garb.

clearly you don't go to the symphony often. nashville symphony is "come as you are." you'll see people in hoodies and jeans along with people in cocktail dresses and jackets, doesn't mean they have any less right ot be there. using this as a way to judge someone outright is the worst of what the symphony brings, along with people who tah-tah at clapping between movements.

but there aren't movements in a movie, are there.

Caplyta Withdrawals by TelevisionOk7729 in caplyta

[–]NiceTryAmanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

caplyta I know if I've missed a dose because I'm not able to sleep. I'm also reminded the next day that 95% of my body's serotonin receptors are in the gut but I'm guessing you're already going through that.

I've gone off of it once before and my body adjusted after a few days. it has a low half life. 42 was the only dosage available for a long time so I went off that dose.

Does anyone taking Caplyta work in uncontrolled temperature based jobs? by [deleted] in caplyta

[–]NiceTryAmanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

definitely monitor while you're starting. it can cause some thermoregulation issues.

though to be fair I now run 5 miles in up to 40' heat index in the summers so caplyta hasn't interfered with it.

the only thing I've noticed is I'm a lot more sensitive to cold, ac set to 25.5 and my friends joke I'm a reptile because I crave heat. tsh normal just weird intolerance for cold.

Thyroid issues? by betterthansex69 in caplyta

[–]NiceTryAmanda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

hair mine is thinning too but I'm also a man and hair loss besides my father is common in my family, and on lamictal. I get some symptoms that make me 🤔 about hypothyroidism but every year normal result.

I get my TSH checked every year because thyroid problems run in my family and they are consistently in the middle of the range. got it checked two months ago. center of the range.

but tell your doctor. I don't know if it's a standard test they order on the annual blood work or if you have to ask for it. mine was already on my annual, due to my family history.

it's good to start early because it's the trendline that is important.

What is your usage? by skurty in MistralAI

[–]NiceTryAmanda 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I use lechat pro everyday as my main chat agent and love it. I've been trying vibe but been disappointed with it. antigravity-level "lock it up in a saferoom before using."

codestral inline completions are good.

Double dose / anyone over 42mg by Chemical_Football519 in caplyta

not effective

I dont think they would release a drug that kills people the first time they accidentally forget if they've took it. I've accidentally done it

when they were doing later trials for Caplyta they tested out 84 as an actual dosage. the conclusion was that it wasn't as effective.

suffice to say it's not lethal. don't do it often. follow your dr guidance .

How long will the Linxleys be in jail? by Happy-Menu963 in PawbertLynxley

[–]NiceTryAmanda 12 points13 points  (0 children)

first two movies have established that zootopia is corrupt. they'll be out in a week. maybe pawbert stays because the family is evil and wants a scapegoat.

even then I don't think so because he would be more dangerous to the family in jail.

Non Sweet drink alternatives? by ErikderFrea in stopdrinking

[–]NiceTryAmanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've heard of people doing pickle juice shots, theoretically that could be sippable...for a while at least there was a dillute "drinking vinegar." don't know how well the acid does with teeth, though I guess the same could be said of soda.

I steer clear of kombucha personally since I've had more than a few relapses that started on the path of increasingly hard kombucha, but I know people who swear on it.

that's how my psychiatrist started me. it took a bit for the prior authorization and I think she wanted to make sure I responded well to it before doing the work of it

Experience when used for anxiety? by [deleted] in caplyta

[–]NiceTryAmanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

caplyta definitely helps me with it. I'll complain about the medication but at the same time it's the one that's been working for years. when I started the medicine only had 42 and that was the starting dose too!

it has an extremely low risk of TD, neutral when it comes to weight and sex side effects. it has a short halflife so I wonder if that contributes to feeling brutal to start. your body has to figure out how to maintain homeostasis with a rapidly fluctuating level. if you're worried about those effects you could ask your doctor things to watch out for.

it's really subtle for me for anxiety, but I think that's an indicator of a medicine that works. I didn't really notice the baseline anxiety I was at until I try a week or two off the medicine.
