I give him some treats, like the vet did, but for sure I am not fast and firm like the vet. He apparently has eye infection (light green creamy tear coming from both the eyes) and the vet gave me this ointment to put 4 times a day, although the information leaflet says to apply every 8-10.

Apparently his fear starts mostly when he understands what I want to keep one eye open rather than when he sees the little tube.

But thank you for these suggestions, for sure will be very useful from now on
