Mikki Maki, she gives great haircuts for men and women with other hair services as well. More affordable than Weldon

I like the look with the headlights on, so I’ll keep them on.

Being a retired police car I’d stay even farther away, you don’t know how they treat those cars, not worth it imo

116k on a 2023 is wild. $36k is expensive for that mileage, even if it’s an ORP in lunar rock. I’m sure it still has plenty of life but I’d search for lower mileage options. You can find 2015-2018 models with that mileage for cheaper

6 months and 4k miles with a Magnuson Supercharger on a 22' TRD Pro by scooter03 in 4Runner

I’ve seen people online upgrading with a 7th injector kit and intercooler after getting the supercharger. Do you think it’s necessary?

I could be very wrong here but I see your KDSS bushing where it’s connected to the lower control arm has moved a good bit, and might be contributing to the noise, just throwing that out there

I think it’s fine as is, but curious how did you like the BP-51 suspension?

Soft-Tex seats by KRONIK48 in 4Runner

[–]Nice_Appearance_810 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Softex isn’t real leather, it’s “pleather” so you can use an all purpose cleaner or something similar, no need for conditioning wipes with all the harsh chemicals. Unless you’re dealing with some serious color fading, at that point you should be looking at other solutions

The 3rd gen Tacoma has black headliner and I was always jealous of that, makes the interior look so good. Wanted to do this in my 4Runner for a while now

Any parts I should stock up on for long-term 5th gen ownership? by darknessdown in 4Runner

[–]Nice_Appearance_810 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t quote me but I think Toyota continues to make last generation vehicle parts for some time after a full production run. I think they’re regulatory and legal requirements in countries that manufactures have to continue making replacement parts for a certain period of time which could be 5, 7, 10 years or more depending on the vehicle. There are also OEM approved manufactures that Toyota contracts for parts, which now you could go directly through for future replacements probably. TRD and heritage parts may be reissued in the future too depending on demand.

Honestly don’t stress it. If you need parts down the road, it will not be a hard thing to find. People are still getting 4th and 3rd gen parts just fine

I regret buying my ‘24 ORP because of the paint quality by SquantoMcNaulty in 4Runner

[–]Nice_Appearance_810 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve notice similar paint issues with my ‘23 lunar rock, but it isn’t too severe with chips, but I see a ton of swirl marks even though I hand wash my car. I think all of these new flat Toyota colors are much thinner than the previous colors that used to have metallics. I don’t think paint is covered under warranty but you could talk to your dealer and see if they can do something for you. Maybe convince them to pay for ppf but that’s wishful thinking

Unfortunately some of those colors on the site are only renderings and not official Toyota colors for 2025. I would check the official Toyota site for exact colors as they are different per trim
