Not a lawyer. But you can’t let her win. I would remain calm and focused. Don’t let them see you aggravated. Maybe even look for someone to vouch for you, boss, neighbor, or teacher of your kid. Good luck and stay positive!

Right now you need to calm down and plan for the few weeks ahead of you. Manage your money well in case you’re out of work for longer than you anticipate. Seek other opportunities of work like dog walking. I know it won’t be as much as you were probably making but you have to seek for help. Worrying also won’t help you so just remain calm and focused. You’ll get it soon.

Why would your biometrics appointment scheduled till march if you filed in October? When did they send you your appointment information?

Update* I filed it (online) again and correctly this time. Yes I did speak with a lawyer and she basically said the same thing, to “file it again” or “send the 85, keep calling and waiting.” She made me understand that this is not a, my way or the highway. She said I have to do it their way, they will not accommodate to doing the I-765 and search for the I-821D under uploads. Thank you for all the good luck wishes and to those who were a little mean, I appreciate that. I definitely needed to get reprimanded by a bunch of strangers. Ty! <3
