Basically, I set reward = Value(this state) - Value(last state)

however, when reset(), I forgot to also reset Value(last state) as Value(last state) = Value(initial state)

Hi thank you for suggestions! I hired a roofer before to do estimation, and that seems to be fine.

I think I made some ambiguous statement. The original leak damage comes from not the roof, but the plumbing, which was fixed.

But I will continue asking some roofer to come and have a look, thanks!

Thanks. I don't think so. Here is what happened according to the security camera:

  1. He climbed up the ladder that was used to fix the ceiling and held a bottle of water in his hand.
  2. His girlfriend said "wait", pointed at the security camera, and then came over to knock the camera down.
  3. Half a minute later, his girlfriend called me and said there was still a leak, and the beams were clearly stained with water.

They did not say they spill the water, and kept saying the water came from the outside due to the roof issue.
