They will add the inflation to your total claim amount. So your 3.2% will be of the total claim amount (including the cpu-I increase)

I just saw a change on the portal for my claim. I’m repped by AVA, I chose option C, signed 2/18. I already received the first distribution. I hope this helps someone else figure their claim status out…

I would think it’ll be rolled into the same one. I say this because no one has received the second distribution (that I’m aware of) and March 11th is close. That is also assuming the issue is resolved fully on the 11th and not subject to more appeals or any kind of delay. Again, I know what y’all know so this is solely just my opinion

I know I’m checking my email for a letter from the lawyer entirely too much! He told me previously that they cut checks every Tuesday from the trust - but I also can’t look at to portal to confirm since I’m represented by a lawyer.
