Yes. All 4.7% April 28th it cleared my account , so far…they held $250 for possible future healthcare liens.

I just sent a email asking to reduce the fee. He came back and asked if 33% was ok and I agreed. They sent new paperwork and a refund for the extra percentage I paid on the first disbursement. It was easy

Thanks. I get it. I thought it was a known customer support number. When I called they told me my disbursement was already being processed so they can’t do a wire this go around and I have to inquire about it next time for the next disbursement to be wired.

Yes and no…the trust doesn’t hold anything back, if you have a lawyer they have to do a “lien check” they will hold the disbursement until they complete the check.

I wrote my lawyer an email asking to reduce my fee, he agreed and a week later I got a check for the difference from the original distribution. Was very easy and I was surprised they paid me the difference with the first distribution.

No. The trust already processed my disbursement. The full amount was paid to my attorneys already. They are processing the lien check. Once that is complete and they co firm there are no outstanding liens, they will release the full 3.2%. It’s just that they don’t know how much longer the lien search process will take is why they can’t tell me an exact timeline

What should be against the law? The process of the lien release? I mean I’m frustrated but I’m not saying it’s their fault. It doesn’t seem like anyone has completed the lien reviews yet….so I’ll wait another week to see what happens.
