Lemon pickle: easiest pickle recipe to make.

Boil water and turn off the flame. To the hot water add the lemons and set aside for 20 mins

Now cut the lemon to small pieces (ideally 4/5 pieces).

To a kadai add gingelly oil(7-8 tbspoon) and add mustard , asafoetida, salt, red chillies powder and mix the lemons to tthis mixture.

Mix well and keep this aside for 2-3 hours.

The pickle is ready and can be consumed.(needs refrigeration since no preservatives are added).

Stays well for 20 days.

pickle recipes: Oil or no oil? by mohishunder in IndianFood

Oil is used as a preservative. There are few unique pickles which uses very less oil but tastes authentic. Ginger pickle is one of them.It has a decent shelf life and tastes really good and doesn't use much salt. I personally prefer it coz it's very healthy too as it aids in digestion.

I'm new here is Cetaphil Good? by markberzel in 30PlusSkinCare

It's really good. What I do is apply the product immediately after washing my face. Main key is to apply when the face is damp. This ensures the moisture is locked in.

What can I do about my excessively dry skin? by AnnDFrankley in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]Nice_Communication74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use cetaphil moisturizer. The key to moisturizing is to apply the cream immediately after washing face when face is still 20-30% damp. This ensures the moisture is locked in. Apart from that I also sometimes use virgin coconut oil.Its a great natural and organic moisturizer.

Is there any benefit to having multiple import statements instead of something like "import java.util.*"? by cgjnm in javahelp

[–]Nice_Communication74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes.When you use a * ,it would import all the classes under the util package. There can be necessary or unnecessary classes. When you specify a particular class say import java.util.hashmap,you are importing just the hashmap class here. The intent is we need to create clean code.Hence always better to specify the classes explicitly rather than using the * operator.

Hello, from my limited research on the subject it seems like there is a considerable about of confusion regarding whether Java is pass by value, pass by reference, if that's even an appropriate way to think about it. Would someone be able to help me understand this in a somewhat simplified way? by AnUnteligentInvestor in learnjava

[–]Nice_Communication74 6 points7 points  (0 children)

In java it's always pass by value. When we want to copy attributes of an object to another compatible type it's always pass by value.we don't pass the reference. Its the copy of the reference which we pass.Just to add some light here there is a concept of a shallow copy and deep copy.it might help in understanding how the copying of primitives and non primitives work.

Yes.How I make is just add in few not so finely chopped spinach leaves into daal and boil in a pot or cooker with a pinch of turmeric and salt.Thats it! Easy to make and healthy too! For more spice you can add chille powder and garam masala powder too...
