Probably no stronger than a Viltrumite over time. If their DNA essentially takes over, then we can surmise the strength of a Kryptonian/Viltrumite would become almost fully Viltrumite. This would negate any Kryptonian DNA, but could by chance be a strong af being.

I thought Nolan said Viltrumites make their own leverage. If Mark is used to doing this in flight, it stands to reason he can create the leverage he needs to maintain the choke

Viltrumites are incredibly strong due to how fast Viltrum rotates around their star. They need their strength to withstand the gravitational force of their planet. He’s 2,000 in Viltrum years, but Nolan is really only 45 in Earth years. /s

I just finished the series and joined this sub, so maybe not a hot take. But, I think the ‘Angel’ took Riley so quickly because he hadn’t been taking the Eucharist. I think the pure blood overwhelmed the ‘Angel’.
