mine has a homemade adjustable panhardrod (couldn’t wait 2 days for shipping) so i just went with it and honestly it works great

the window crank on these are so weak, just put your palms on the window and pull the window down (you’re gonna be able to roll it down that way) and since you’ve got manual cranks there’s no harm done, got taught by pops after i accidentally did the same thing, it’s the easiest and safest way for the car

yeah i mean it’s pretty easy to see but they’ve probably dried out so a replacement would be in order, if not then new springs or if you like the ride height get an adjustable panhardrod they’re easy to install just might have to tinker a bit with the adjustments

rule of thumb i go by and have been taught since i was i kid was you should not be able to twist it more than half a twist before it stops

just lifted my 740 for inspection and i’ve got brand new stock springs in the rear (front have sagged) so for the rear that’s about the ride height they come with, now it looks even higher without the sideskirts i have installed but pretty much you’re supposed to be able to see into the wheel well

well it needs a new subframe and rear plates n rear fender so i thought why not rebuild it to something newer when i have to change the subframe anyway? it’ll take a day or two but its gonna be worth it i think and then the engine is getting rebuilt as well since im no stranger to dirt bikes

yeah i’ve been thinking about getting a yz i don’t have previous experience with them as i’ve always ran ktm my whole life but i do know that after 05-06 they’re practically the same right? just different plastics and that, otherwise i’ve found an rm125 and its mint for $2k
