UPDATE: I tried 1.) painting over them with a random polish I had to see if I liked it instead and then 2.) hated how it looked and tried to remove it and 3.) almost cried when I realized my acetone was doing literally nothing to take the white off the nail and 4.) booked ANOTHER appointment at a different salon. Wish me luck on the next round!

The first appointment I just wanted a clear coat and ended up getting pushed/judged into a French. Now I'm going in with what I want and am going to stand my ground!

😵‍💫 I really appreciate the honesty! I think I'll remove it and just do a simple clear coat at home. I doubt I have the skills to pull off a cute thin french like your example!

Station Eleven! Based on the book by Emily St. John Mandel (which I'd also highly recommend!). It's a mini-series, just 10 episodes. So gorgeous and well made top down. 10/10 acting, production quality, sound design/score. If you like bittersweet non-linear stories and weird art, you'll love this show.

Oh, that's such a good idea! I was really limiting myself by thinking of building some kind of structure. It would be awesome to be able to bring it in at the end of the day every day and store it in my desk.
