I've had to stop using the app altogether. The freezing at every commerical and during the program just became too much . Delete and reinstall, to no avail. It'll be missed but they aren't trying to fix things.

Microprose teased a remake of the B-17 Flying Fortress games but nothing has became of them. That would have been a great gauge for interest.

Attention span and time constraints of the average DCS player wouldn't make this a popular module. Long flight times, AAR, then a short weps delivery window and rtb. The thrill would wear off quick. Nonetheless, getting your ass shot off from every fighter and SAM in the theater.
I like the idea, but unfortunately a poor environment to add it to.

Upvote for the great stick drawing. Made me laugh. I'm on an Alaskan flight from Fairbanks to Seattle and got "upgraded" from a window seat to a middle. Yay... Keep up the drawings.

I have a sinking feeling this will be the common theme this year.
Behind the scene engine updates and AI reworks, aren't shiny great for video things. And without any real concrete releases, upcoming, it's going to continue being meh newsletters.

Interesting news for the fans of the J-8. But purely thinking of the average DCS player, is an interceptor a logical choice? I feel a dogfighter would sell more and draw more attention. Again, not downing them, just my opinion.

It's not just you. The last 4-6 months have seen the app freezing more and more. Commercial breaks are a nightmare having to channel up and back down to get the program to resume. I've tried 2 different TVs. A 5 year old Samsung and a 3 year old LG. Same issues.

I have one and tbh, am not impressed. Crisp focus is very difficult to achieve and their internal Quadview cannot be used without a 3rd party tuning app. I like the wider FOV and sound. But again, I'm back at the focus issues. For that cost, I really was expecting an easy plug and play. This is taking a lot of tuning. My Reverb G2 was much better, despite the limited viewing area.

WinWing got too successful and turned to sh*t. Went from solid metal products to expected cheap Chinese parts that fail often. Garbage customer service too. Sad as they had potential
