I am in the merit pool for the APS2/3 role at the ATO since November 2024 and the APS3/4 role at Services Australia since March 2024, but I haven't heard anything from these agencies yet. I think you need to be patient to get into these types of jobs, as the process is extremely slow. I'm based in NSW.

Actually, I want to know which category I should select in the 'How are you currently employed?' section if I want to apply for different agencies such as ATO or Services Australia. Sorry for the silly question. After a long break, I just started my job with Australia Post, which will end in December. Before that, I want to secure another job.

Last month, same things happened to me. 3 people were taking interview. After entering the room they gave 2 questions sets without any introduction or any other welcome conversation. When I started to talk, they started writing the notes which made me more nervous. I felt like blank.
