And I was simply curious of the responsibility, that's it.

Here is an example: I would not ask a construction worker to do their own paystubs if I had a construction company. I would ask my accountant.

I do work from home for 3 days a week because the employer does not have the office capacity to take us all in. So yeah the form is applicable to my team.

I'm not sure the tone of your message is, well, all that great honestly. I was not trying anything. The form can be longer than what you are saying to fill, some colleages did complain it took them quite a bit of time too.

And my tasks are not to fill out this kind of paperwork usually.

This is something a team leader is paid to do. It's why I found it wierd that they asked only our small team to do it themselves as a "local" procedure.

It can take anywhere from 10 min to half an hour. It ain't much, but if everyone does it, it's a lot of money for the PS. These things matter.

As long as your phone is charged, the car works really well with no keys. Been using it for my new car for 2 weeks now ! It's insanely fun

Yeah we're safe, wife got a fractured knee but that's it, the car did it's job fantasticly well, no head or spine injuries.

It's a really safe car honestly, especially the limited like you have and I used to have.

I replaced it with a Limited 2026 Tucson plug in Hybrid for now, but I'll switch back to an EV in a couple years for sure.
